If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help. We have outlined a simple process for returning your item.
We offer a 14 day return window from the day your item arrives, in line with UK regulations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just let us know within this timeframe, and we will be happy to offer a refund.
If you decide to return your product, simply contact us within the 14 day period to let us know. There is no need to provide a reason, just inform us, and we will handle the rest.
Once you’ve informed us of your decision, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. Please make sure it is in its original condition, with no damage or tampering, so that we can process your refund.
As the buyer, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, including any packaging and delivery charges. The choice of service and provider is yours, however, we recommend using a tracked and signed service for a quicker and smoother process. If you are in the UK, we can arrange a collection for £25 and this amount will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is on its way back to us, it’s helpful if you can provide the dispatch date and tracking details. This is not mandatory but helps us monitor the return and process it more quickly.

We will all refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item. As we use Stripe for payment processing, refunds typically take between 5 to 10 days to clear, although it iss usually quicker, within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that bank holidays etc may cause minor delays.
