• Meticulously packed orders dispatched within 24 hours
• Delivered through DHL tracked and signed service or Royal Mail
• Fast processing through customs
• Flexibility to amend delivery date and time at your convenience
• Note: Customs Clearance Fees, VAT, and Customs Duties are the purchaser's responsibility

Larger Items, e.g. Multi Effects Pedals, Guitars and Amplifiers

• Different countries have their own limitations on imports and exports.  Therefore, please contact us on npd@fxpedalplanet.co.uk for a custom delivery charge that is specific and tailored to your location and order.

Despatch

• Orders received before 12 pm aim for same day DHL collection, ensuring prompt delivery
• If collection isn't possible, your order will be delivered to a local collection point or picked up by DHL the following day, guaranteeing efficiency
• Orders received after 12 pm on Fridays are processed the following Monday for seamless transition into the delivery process
• On bank holidays, drop off or collection is made on the next working day for speedy delivery
