Ordering From EU and Northern Ireland?

From 13 December 2024, FX Pedal Planet Online Store will no longer be shipping products to customers in the EU and Northern Ireland. This is due to the introduction of the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which requires businesses based outside the EU to appoint an EU Representative to continue selling within its borders. For small, independent retailers like us, the cost of compliance makes this requirement financially unworkable.

Why Is This happening?

The GPSR has been introduced to modernise product safety regulations across the EU, covering online sales, product traceability, and compliance requirements. While the aim is to protect consumers, the additional costs involved to appoint a representative are beyond what many small businesses can sustain.
