Price Matching Made Simple

If you find an identical product available at a lower price from another authorised UK dealer, we are happy to review a price match request. All price match requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a price match, the following criteria must be met:

• We will match the displayed price of the product, including standard delivery costs, provided the product is identical in brand, model, specification, warranty, and condition to the item we offer.
• Both FX Pedal Planet Online Store and the competing retailer must show the product as in stock at the time of the request.
• The product must be brand new. We do not match prices for used, refurbished, or pre-owned items.
• The competing retailer must be an authorised UK dealer. An authorised UK dealer is a retailer officially approved by the manufacturer to sell new UK-supplied stock.
• Prices from auction sites, marketplaces, or peer-to-peer platforms such as Reverb or eBay are not eligible for price matching.
• Price matches cannot be combined with voucher codes, promotional discounts, clearance pricing, or bundle offers.
• We do not match prices from distributor outlets or on orders consisting of more than three identical items.
• If the competing price is below our cost, we may decline the price match request.

Include a direct link to the product page, along with the advertised price and delivery information. Once reviewed, we will respond as promptly as possible to confirm whether the request can be approved.
