Out of Stock Solutions

At FX Pedal Planet Online Store, we take great care to ensure our stock levels are accurate and up to date. However, as with any system involving manual input, occasional errors can occur. If you’ve placed an order for an item that is unexpectedly out of stock, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to resolve the situation quickly and fairly.

Should this occur, we will notify you by email as soon as we become aware, and you will be offered the following options:

1. Wait For The Item - With a Partial Refund

If you would prefer to wait for the item to be restocked, we will deliver it to you free of carriage. If you have already paid for delivery, this charge will be refunded in full.
We will also contact the manufacturer to obtain an estimated restock date and keep you updated throughout. As a gesture of thanks for your patience, a 10% discount will be applied to your order.

2. Wait For The Item - With a Discount Code

This option offers the same as above, with the exception that instead of receiving a 10% discount on the current order, you will receive a 10% discount voucher for use on your next purchase from FX Pedal Planet Online Store. This voucher will be valid for six months, can be used once, and is applicable to full-price items only.

3. Orders Containing Multiple Items

If your order includes several items and only some are in stock, you can choose how you would like us to proceed:

• Ship everything together – We will hold your order until all items are available and ship them in one delivery. This will be free of carriage charge. If you’ve already paid for delivery, we will refund the cost. A 10% discount on the order, or a 10% discount code will be offered as a thank you for your patience.

• Split the order – We will ship the available items straight away and send the remaining items as soon as they arrive. Both shipments will be free of delivery charge, and you’ll still receive a 10% discount or 10% discount code as a gesture of goodwill.

• The choice of receiving an immediate discount or a discount code is entirely yours. The discount code will be valid for six months from the date your order was placed and can be used once on full price items.

4. Full Refund and Discount Code

If you would prefer not to wait, we will issue a full refund, including any delivery charges, via your original payment method. As a goodwill gesture, we’ll also provide you with a 10% discount code for your next purchase. The code is valid for six months, can be used once, and is applicable to full price items only.
